Being overweight was one of the most difficult phases of my life. While I was always a little plump, I weighed 86 kilos when I was pregnant.

I touched 80 kilos after the delivery. Since I had C section, my overweight put me into lot of extra pain. I also started suffering from backpain problems. That was the point, I decided to do something about my weight. Then I found MHB on Instagram.

I met Mahak (my buddy) from MHB. She was really professional and knowledgeable, not just about exercise and fitness but also about posture and nutrition. Mahak organised a clean eating plan for me and a focused workout to ensure that I got the best results from my offline workouts. She was very encouraging and mixed up the routine each time so there was variation. Regular weigh-ins kept me on track and focused.

Over the course of the 12 weeks, I lost a total 9kg.This home-based workout plan is very easy to implement. It suits the busiest of schedules and takes the stress out.

I am still a work in progress and while I might not be there, yet I am a lot c/loser than I was yesterday and I know I will continue to improve. I cannot thank Mahak enough for her commitment, her friendly and dedicated approach to personal training.
