“For the past two years,I have gained a significant amount of weight due to lack of exercise and pandemic. Furthermore due to work stress, I was eating all type of fast food and sweet snacks.I haven’t seen my scale move down, especially since I married in December 2019. In some ways, I was taking my sweet time getting in shape, and it was long overdue.
I got to know about MHB via Instagram and this time I was ready to change my lifestyle. Without any hesitation I signed up for their program and fill up all the required information to start my fitness journey
I was assigned to Mr Vivek Singh, who was a perfect fit in terms of both temperament and character, and who has been amazing throughout my weight loss journey
There was constant monitoring of my diet, activity and exercise. Vivek has also been great at keeping me motivated and constantly helped me achieve my weekly goals. He has also significantly improved my understanding in food and exercise allowing me to manage my diet more effectively and sustainably.
His dedication and attentiveness made sure I never strayed from the program. It was like having a nutritionist, coach and friend who is always with you.
I am happy that I don’t have to go on extreme diet, still able to take carbs and lose weight every week without any shortcut or gimmick.
I started this program at my heaviest weight of 99 kg. After complete the 3 months program,with constant workouts,step count, good sleep, calorie deficit and I am happy that my current weight is at 86 kg.
