“I am a mother of 2 kids (4-year-old and 14 months old). I have delivered my first kid in 2016, and from there on, my #postpartumweight has started to accumulate.
I was 78kgs in 2016, which was 18+ kgs from my average weight. I thought the PP weight goes off on its own with breastfeeding, regular work, and exercises but it doesn’t. I delivered my second child in 2019, I was 80kgs at the time of delivery and came to 73.6 within six months.
But I want to go back to my pre-pregnancy weight and thought of trying under a #personalcoach. But I was scared of a harsh diet, where we need to cut down certain things. Plus, hardcore exercises.
But MyHealthBuddy came as a savior for all. I came to know about MyHealthBuddy through Instagram, and I was very much impressed by looking at the results. By consoling my mind, I enrolled myself and got a very great coach Prakriti. On the first day, she has sent the meal list and exercises. Honestly speaking, I was so happy and relieved by looking at the list, where I can continue eating all the items but with measured quantities.
I was 73.6 kgs while starting the program in July, and at the end of 3 months, I have reduced 10kgs (yay!!!).
I have learned 3 imp things during this 3 months journey 👇
- Understand your own body and work on it.
- Eat right. Dieting doesn’t mean we need to starve or completely avoid something. It is always eating right and only the required amount.
- Any program must keep you motivated and must not keep you starving.
My 3 months program ends successfully, but I am still following the plan as much as I can. That’s the kind of motivation I got from this wonderful program. We must continue the #healthyhabits and must not count the last day of the program due to stress, and that’s the success of MHB.
