Its never going to be easy! Your body is never going to be the same !!

But what I never thought was – WHAT IF MY BODY BECAME BETTER THAN IT WAS BEFORE ๐Ÿ’ž That’s exactly where I think ablot of us go wrong !!

I was a bad case ofย  Postpartum Anxiety , top it with breastfeeding, lack of sleep and very little support from the extended family. I have contemplated worst things in my life which in my sane mind may sound stupid and disgusting but its okay, this made me what I am today โค๏ธ

As a new mom, I always made sure I was nourished well and hence, I took meal prepping very very seriously. My husband and I marinated the meat, cut out veggies, keep stock ready and followed the menu to the T. It was a game – changer and it took the steam off to think of what to make everyday.

This prep would give me enough time to complete my workouts in the week. There were days when my baby was colic and I couldnt pull myself out of the bed and that’s when i would prioritise REST and take it slow.

I knew I would get my results coz the last thing to grow on an apple tree is an apple. I was consistent and would follow my diet 80% of the times and i still follow the same.

Rome was not built in a day, this journey has been achieved with 1.5 years of hardwork and effort ๐Ÿ˜
