“I have been struggling with my weight for the last 6 years. Pregnancy during the lockdown and a leg fracture during pregnancy made it even worse. Things did not get better even after pregnancy; raising a baby with no family or external support did not leave any time for self-care. I hated to see myself in the mirror and my confidence was shattered.
7 months into postpartum, I had a chat with a friend, a mother herself, who had a great transformation with MHB. Got inspired and enrolled in a 12-week program.
Extremely satisfied to have had Kriti as my health coach through MHB. In our first chat, I told Kriti I cannot leave my rice and my chai. And she gave me a meal plan including rice and chai! I have tried all sorts of diet in the past but I’d always give up in a week or two and needless to say never saw any results. Kriti taught me all about nutrition, about the importance of protein, about the realities behind the myths of healthy eating. She gave me a sustainable plan which did not need any extra effort.
My workout plan was also chalked out very well – starting with easy workouts to gradually transition to the next level. Working out at least 4 times a week has now become a habit and achieving those 5000 steps every day gives me joy.
