your core muscles, reduces stress and can also help you manage a toddler!!! All the workouts are flexible and definitely not boring its so not like your usual average gym session.

I have seen my fitness and energy levels improve with each passing week. More than the workouts i love my diet which is super easy to follow and is nothing too fancy that you can’t keep up with. I literaly follow my diet even while travelling.
