“In the past 7 years, I have tried a lot of methods to lose weight. I was only focussing on the scale going down and would very often eat less. But within a week I’d bounce back to unhealthy eating habits. It was like a vicious circle for me.

A few months ago, I came across MHB and the amazing transformations that people had undergone solely by doing simple workouts and eating home-made, delicious food. It was then that I decided to get myself enrolled. I was connected to my buddy Munli within a few days.

I still remember my very first call with her where I blurted out about all my past experiences. She was quite confident that I’d make through my weight loss journey this time. And trust me, there was no looking back after that day.

With her constant guidance and encouragement, I was able to shed so many kilos and lose so many inches!!!
And not only that, I also learnt how to prepare a balanced meal (even if I’m travelling for 2 – 3 days consecutively), enjoy healthy, home-made food without compromising on the taste and also to enjoy my workouts ( which seemed a burden to me before joining MHB).

In order to help me stay on track, she would keep checking on me almost everyday and also allowed me to occasionally have pizza, pasta, etc. So, it never really felt like I was “dieting”!
