“Owing to a busy work schedule and lots of work travel, I had put on quite a bit of weight last year. I struggled to find the best possible way to lose weight in a sustainable manner, but above all, I wanted to be become a better, healthier version of myself.
And as luck would have it, I came across the MyHealthBuddy Instagram page by chance. After going through the Instagram page in detail, I decided to give it a shot.
3 months in and it’s safe to say, that it was a great decision! Ranjith was assigned as my coach and he has played a huge role in helping me approach fitness with a more positive, disciplined approach.
We would catch up quite often to discuss my progress and his workouts and meal plan did wonders for me. What I liked best was how all of it was manageable for me and I didn’t have to turn my life upside down to get fitter.
I also realised that fitness is a journey, and not a destination. There were days when the number on the scale just wouldn’t budge, but Ranjith was always there to motivate me and get me back on track.
While I’m still working towards reaching my weight goal, I’ve seen remarkable inchloss over the past 3 months. I highly recommend MHB to everyone else because in the end, a bit of motivation and accountability can go a long way 🙌”
