“Being a IT professional for more than a decade with sedentary lifestyle along with being a foodie had made me obese. I had tried out lot of diets like GM diet, keto, intermittent fasting, Herbalife etc., but found none of these to be sustainable. I would always end up putting on more than what I had lost when reverted back to eating rice/carbs.
Hence, I was in constant hunt for a sustainable diet since long and luckily ended up following MHB group in Instagram. During the same phase, I had developed lot of health issues as there was no work life balance for me. Finally, I took a tough decision to set my health as priority and quit my hectic job. Just two days post that, started my journey with MHB with Neha Shetty as my buddy.
I was apprehensive when I received my first meal plan, the portion listed looked so minuscule. But after cooking it, found it to be more than what I used to eat which made me so happy. And most importantly, I didn’t have to give up rice or any other item which I love. Neha has always accommodated what I requested for in the meal plan.
I am very grateful to MHB for running this platform and also Neha without them, I wouldn’t have lost 10 kgs in the span of three months without facing hunger. This is just the start of my fitness journey and am looking forward to learn more to transform myself further.”
