The Art of Flexible Dieting: How Dhaval dropped 11 kgs in 3 months


I am sure everyone would have come across this Quote. This is exactly one of my Client – Dhaval Chaudhari did. He wanted to become fit and healthy, believed in the process and smashed his goals.

Surrounded by scrumptious Gujrati cuisine ( Fafda jalebi, Thepla, dhokla 😋), he did not give up and was determined to achieve his goals. He also learnt the art of flexible dieting and enjoyed family gatherings and birthday parties as well. 😊

His Journey is not over yet, but just begun!

This is what he has to say about his journey so far- ” I am a doctor, due to study and abnormal schedule of food and sleep I gain weight which gradually increase , I tried herbal life powder and also a gym which helped me to loss weight but it again come back with double speed, and reached century so I decided to now take help from diet and exercise, and I join it.”

In starting period it’s little difficult to manage diet plan because we always take food from outside….but after 15 days some result seen in freshness of body so i push my mind and body to follow whole diet n exercise schedule and now i get result …In between this time their lot of bumper like family function and b’day party come …but by help of buddies guidance I manged and I enjoy both.
