I can’t stop thanking people who pulled me into the MHB 8-Week Transformation Challenge! I lost 18.7 kgs in those 2 months - which I had been struggling with since 10-12 years. I started my journey with MHB team in Dec-17 with weight of 101 kgs. I was very fond of fried and junk foods but then I met with my buddy. He really worked hard on my food habits and strength. Prior to MHB I have tried many different ways and nutritionists to lose weight and have always failed. On 17th and 18th, my diet plan was chalked out and my exercising routine was also prepared by mentor Ritu Ji. I promptly adopted the routine in which my wife also actively supported. By following the schedule, I started losing my fat and gradually I started turning from flabby person the Athletic. Once my shirts buttons used to go off due to my belly size which became quite lose and the size came down from 40 to 36. My journey from XXXL to Medium...a Journey from 86.5 to 68.1...and still on.... I was 86.5 kg heavy in April 2018. When I commenced my journey with Neha on 3rd May 2018 my weight was 84.4 kg. By July-end I reached near 76 kg with visible inches loss (more than 12 inches) – which was noticed by many people including many who still couldn’t believe that because they started believing firmly that I shall not be able to make it.
The 3 months journey from May to July 2018 went quite well and made me learn many things both on nutrition and exercises fronts.
when I was undergone for a routine health checkup and resulting to overweight at 74.80 Kg with high cholesterol BMI 30 VIS fat 14. That was my reality when I started and realized that things needed to be changed. Only after 15 days of diet plan, simple workout, 10k Steps per day, and closely watch on fitness program makes a lot of difference and surprise come when I was fit into my favorite shirt of 39 Slim fit from XL size. Again next week big surprise come with weight at 67.80. It was really hard to believe.
